Kristin is the owner and founder of HOT YOGA MV, on the island of Martha's Vineyard.  Voted Best of the Vineyard in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015, 2016 and 2017 Kristin's practice lends itself to class and private instruction, as well as exclusive clientele. At HOT YOGA MV, Kristin and her dedicated staff educate students on the roots of the Vinyasa culture, the history of yoga as a whole, and the therapeutic aspect of yoga by following the Paramahansa Yogananda lineage.  In 2016 Kristin began offering the island's only Hot Yoga teacher training certification course.  

Born and raised in Huntington Mills, PA, Kristin spent her childhood as an equestrian and in her early adulthood she became certified at the Thorncroft Equestrian Center in Paoli, PA, a center dedicated to developing the physical and emotional well-being of all people, especially those with special needs.  Kristin obtained her 200-hour teacher training certification in the Barkan Method Hot Yoga at the Jimmy Barkan Hot Yoga School in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  She practiced and taught Hot Yoga through two healthy pregnancies and is now a mama to two beautiful boys, Olsen and Ellis.

LENA Parrish

Lena began practicing yoga in high school as a way to compliment the other sports she played. She continued practicing throughout college while teaching tennis and being an avid runner. Her yoga became more significant after a running injury a few years ago. Lena used yoga to help her heal and developed a deep appreciation for the practice. She became devoted to yoga and began to practice daily. After two years of a daily practice she decided she wanted to share her love for yoga and become certified to teach. Lena earned her 200 hour RYT at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica in 2015. Since then she has returned to Costa Rica for two more trainings. Lena believes yoga can enhance your quality of life both physically and mentally. Practicing yoga has helped Lena let go and truly cherish the present moment; compelling her to be more adventurous and receptive. Lena encourages students to have fun with their practice and try new things. She wants them to feel confident on their mat and take that confidence with them into their everyday lives.


Kaila began practicing yoga as a teenager, when her mom would drag her to Ashtanga classes in a tiny studio in West Tisbury. She continued practicing on her own throughout college, and studied Ashtanga Yoga in Tamil Nadu, India, with Monica Marinoni. She taught Mysore style Ashtanga yoga classes during college, and just recently became an official yoga teacher through ONE Hot Yoga. When she is not teaching yoga, she is farming, working in the garden, educating children, or doing a little bit of all of that with her daughter, Tavira Mirai.



Robert Sidoti is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, movement enthusiast, sports addict and father of a 14 year old young man. Robert is also the creator and co-founder of Broga®Yoga. With his personality, commitment to promoting healthy and happy living, and deep love of yoga, Robert’s class is energetic, fun, challenging, and mildly addictive.  He is a passionate, innovative and skilled teacher. Robert is constantly searching for ways to make Yoga useful and accessible to all who are interested! Robert has received certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, ’Yoga for Athletic Peak Performance’ with Swami Sitaramananda at the Sivananda Vendanta Centre, Karma Kids NYC, and 200hr RYT with Kira Ryder, founder of Lulubandhas and the Ojai Yoga Crib. When not running Broga Instructor Training courses, annual retreats in Costa Rica or at Kripalu Institute and elsewhere, or leading classes at national events such as Yoga Reaches Out, Robert resides on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard. 




Sian Williams

Sian, year round island resident since 1988, has been an avid yoga practitioner for ten years. Her first taste of yoga was in the hot yoga studio. She did 500 hours of YTT with Shiva Rea and other trainings with Ana Forrest, Jonny Kest, Gurmukh and Baron Baptiste. She has taught classes island-wide to children, the elderly and prenatal practice. Her speciality is Power Vinyasa, a flowing blend of active yoga postures with an emphasis on Pranayama. Sian is very excited to re-enter the hot studio for the fall at Hot Yoga MV.



Sam began her yoga journey as a college student in 2011 where she feel in love with the practice. Through yoga she has gained flexibility, strength and confidence both on and off the mat. She received her 200 hour YTT through HOT YOGA MV in June 2017. She teaches a powerful, playful, and heartfelt all levels vinyasa class. She loves the outdoors, reading, traveling, learning new things and meeting new people. When she is not teaching yoga, Sam is a Special Education teacher at the Martha's Vineyard Public Charter School where she finds inspiration daily from the children she works with.
